MenuQR Digital: panel del restaurante y carta digital en el celular

Overview

MenuQR Digital is a product I built: cloud software that helps restaurants, fast-food businesses, cafés, and businesses offering delivery sell directly and stay organized. Each restaurant gets a digital menu with its own branding, receives dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders, and routes them through the kitchen and cash register from one dashboard.

01

The challenge

Many restaurants depend on delivery apps that take a significant share of every sale. The rest of the operation is spread across a PDF menu, WhatsApp messages, paper order tickets, and a notebook for tracking the cash register.

The result is familiar to anyone who has worked in a restaurant: lost orders, a kitchen that finds out too late, and an end-of-day close where no one knows for sure how much was sold.

02

The solution

I designed and developed a multi-restaurant platform where each business has its own QR menu, link page, and ordering channel.

Orders go to the point-of-sale system and a kitchen display that updates in real time. The cash register records cash, card, and bank transfer payments by shift, while the same system handles tables, reservations, customers, and promotions. It works from the restaurant’s phone, tablet, or computer without installing anything.

03

The result

MenuQR Digital is live at menuqrdigital.cloud and helps each person at the restaurant with their part of the work:

  • Owners

Sell through their own channel without paying a per-order commission and see the day’s sales, pending orders, and cash register closeout in one place.

  • Kitchen staff

Receive every order clearly and in sequence, along with its order type and wait time, without paper tickets getting lost.

  • Servers and cashiers

Take orders in seconds from the point-of-sale system and reconcile the cash register by shift.

  • Customers

Scan the QR code, view the menu with photos and prices, place orders, reserve tables, and track their orders from their phones.

What used to be spread across five different tools is now one system controlled by the restaurant.
