Automation and artificial intelligence

AI automationfor businesses

AI is no longer a promise. Used well, it answers customers at any hour, organizes the information coming in and takes the repetitive tasks off your team's plate.

I design and build AI automation and assistants inside the systems your business already uses: chatbots that know your services, lead sorting and follow-up, content and summaries, document reading and automatic alerts. Always with a person in control where it matters.

What it solves

Problems that go away.

01

You answer the same questions all day

An assistant trained on your information that answers and hands off to a person when needed.

02

Leads come in and nobody follows up

Automatic sorting, reminders and tasks so no opportunity goes cold.

03

Too much manual work with documents

Data read and extracted from PDFs, statements and forms in seconds.

04

Publishing content takes too long

Drafts, summaries and alt text generated so your team only reviews.

What's included

Everything it needs to work.

How I do it

Business first, code second.

I start by finding which tasks repeat, how much time they take and what the risk of automating them is. I prioritize the ones with fast, measurable results.

Then I build the AI into your website, CRM or internal system, with clear rules, a log of every answer and a way to pass the conversation to a person. I track usage and cost so the automation keeps paying for itself.

Frequently asked questions

What clients usually ask.

Which processes should I automate first?

Usually answering frequent questions, capturing and following up on leads, and producing repetitive documents or reports. These are high-volume, low-risk tasks.

Can the chatbot give wrong information?

It is set up with your information and clear limits on what it can and cannot answer. Every conversation is logged so we can review it and improve the answers.

Which AI models do you use?

Mainly OpenAI and Claude. I pick the model by task, the quality needed and the cost per use.

Is my data safe?

Information is processed through the API and is not used to train public models, and privacy practices such as removing personal data are applied where it makes sense.
