Software for clinicsand private practices

A private practice loses time on the same things every day: confirming appointments by text, looking for a patient's file, charging for session packages and putting together the reports regulations require. None of that is seeing patients.

I built a complete clinical system for Rosa Bernal's psychology practice in Colombia. Patients book online, the calendar organizes itself and each person has a record with clinical notes, assessments, signed consent forms, packages and payments. The same approach adapts to other specialties.

What it solves

Problems that go away.

01

Appointments are confirmed one by one

Patients book online, pay or send proof of payment and get a confirmation without anyone typing a message.

02

Clinical records live on paper or in scattered files

Each patient has one record with sessions, progress notes, documents and results.

03

Nobody knows how many sessions are left in a package

The system deducts each session and shows the patient's balance.

04

Required reports are put together by hand

Reports come out of the recorded visits, with no retyping.

What's included

Everything it needs to work.

How I work

Business first, code second.

Clinical information is sensitive, so the design starts with who can see what: the provider, the front desk and the patient each have different access, and every time a record is opened it is logged.

Then I map the patient journey, from finding the practice on Google to finishing treatment: website, booking, payment, session, follow-up. Every specialty has its own forms, which is why that part is built to fit instead of from a template.

FAQ

What clients usually ask me.

Does it work for specialties other than psychology?

Yes. Scheduling, patients and payments are the same everywhere; what changes are the clinical forms, and those are built for each specialty.

Can patients book and pay on their own?

Yes. They book from the practice's website, pick a time and pay online or upload a receipt.

Does it produce the reports my practice must file?

The psychology system I built generates Colombia's required health reports from the recorded visits. For another country or specialty, it is adjusted to what you need to report.

How is patient information protected?

With per-user, role-based access, a log of who opens each record, backups and an encrypted connection.

Do you also build the practice's website?

Yes. For psychologist Rosa Bernal I built the site with services, a blog and local SEO, connected to the same booking system.
