Web development and softwarefor Miami businesses

A good part of my work is in Miami. I have built platforms, websites and systems for media, schools, sports clubs and condo associations in South Florida, usually in both English and Spanish.

I work remotely from Colombia, in the same time zone as Florida for much of the year. You talk directly to me, the person who designs and writes the code, not to a go-between.

What it solves

Problems that go away.

01

Your audience speaks two languages

Every page exists in English and Spanish, with its own content instead of a machine translation.

02

The site depends on plugins that keep breaking

I move you to your own platform when WordPress has reached its limit.

03

Leads come in and nobody follows up

Forms and chat feed a CRM with an owner and a next step.

04

Taking payments online is a separate process

Payments are built into the portal: dues, memberships or registrations.

What's included

Everything it needs to work.

How I work

Business first, code second.

Every project starts with a call to understand the business, who it sells to and what should happen when someone lands on the site. Meetings are scheduled in Eastern Time and day-to-day communication happens over WhatsApp or email.

I deliver in visible stages: first the structure and design of the main pages, then development, integrations and content in both languages. After launch I stay available for support and improvements.

FAQ

What clients usually ask me.

Do you work with Miami businesses from Colombia?

Yes. My published projects include TinMarín, Urban Padel and Guernica Condo, all in South Florida and all built remotely.

Will my site be in English and Spanish?

Yes. Most of the sites I've built for Miami are bilingual, with separate content in each language.

What currency do you bill in?

Projects for U.S. clients are quoted in U.S. dollars. Payment terms are set in the proposal.

Can you take over a site someone else built?

Yes. I review the site first and tell you what makes sense: keep it, fix it or migrate it.

What about the time difference?

Colombia matches Miami time during standard time and is one hour behind in summer, so meetings fit in a normal workday.
