Appointments are confirmed one by one
Patients book online, pay or send proof of payment and get a confirmation without anyone typing a message.

Solutions by industry
A psychology practice loses hours every week on the same things: confirming appointments by message, finding a patient's record before the session, charging for packages and putting required reports together by hand. None of that is seeing patients.
I built a complete clinical system for psychologist Rosa Bernal's practice: patients book online, the calendar organizes itself and each person has a record with progress notes, assessments, signed consent forms, packages and payments. The same system works for a single office or a center with several therapists.
What it solves
Patients book online, pay or send proof of payment and get a confirmation without anyone typing a message.
Each patient has one record with sessions, progress notes, documents and assessment results.
The system deducts each session and shows the patient's balance.
Automatic reminders before each appointment cut no-shows.

How I work
Clinical information is sensitive, so the design starts with who can see what: the psychologist, the front desk and the patient each have different access, and every time a record is opened it is logged.
Then I map the patient journey, from finding the practice on Google to finishing treatment: website, booking, payment, session, follow-up. For Rosa Bernal that became a site with local SEO and personal branding, connected to the same booking and clinical-record system.
