In a barbershop, time is money: every missed appointment, customer who does not return, and incorrectly calculated commission affects the month.

Most businesses schedule appointments through WhatsApp, accept cash without keeping records, and calculate barbers’ commissions by hand. They needed a simple tool that a small business could use from a phone and that could also support many different businesses.

I built the platform with Laravel 11, Vue 3, and Inertia, with multi-business support from the start:

   Online booking

   Each business gets its own page where customers choose a service, specialist, date, and time, and can cancel or reschedule through a link.

   Scheduling

   Appointment lists and calendars with status, payment, and customer search.

   Point of sale

   Register opening and closing, service and product sales, and inventory.

   Staff and commissions

   Barber profiles, the services each person offers, and automatic commission calculations.

   Customers and loyalty

   Customer history, points club, rewards, and reviews.

   Promotions and waitlist

   Coupons with statistics and notifications when an appointment slot becomes available.

   Finance and exports

   Expenses by category, financial summary, and exports of appointments, sales, and commissions.

   Plans for each business with limits on barbers, services, and appointments.

Bookeapp gives a beauty business the level of control that used to be available only to large chains:

• For customers

  They can book at any time, choose their barber, and earn points when they return.

• For barbers

  They can see their schedule and clear commission totals without doing calculations by hand.

• For the owner

  They can see sales, identify their best customer, and track the month from their phone.
